What do Health Visitors Do ?

The GPs of Church Grange Health Centre purchase the Health Visiting Service from Loddon NHS Trust.

Health Visitors are all qualified nurses (some midwives), who have studied further to work as Health Visitors.

We work closely with:-

• General Practitioners
  

• Midwives
  
• District Nurses
  
• Mental Health Staff
  
• Social Workers
  
• School Nurses
  
• other health professionals

Everyone has access to a Health Visitor.
